TheRink Payments

TheRink requires payment prior to services being provided. If you are paying for sharpening, you can pay up front (before requesting the service) and the credit is valid for 12 months.

For any other service, the final cost will depend on our assessment of the work involved. After dropping your skates we will perform an assessment and send you a request for payment. If you choose not to proceed, just let us know - you'll have nothing to pay and can collect your skates. If you choose to proceed, please pay the invoice and the work will be carried out.

Need to pay for sharpening?

Please ensure you enter the same phone number on the payment as is on your customer account/sharpening request form.

If you have already paid or have unused sharpening credits on your account, you do not need to pay again.

New Blade Sharpening

For the first time the blade has been sharpened (i.e. the blade is brand new, bought straight from a shop without sharpening).

Reconditioning

Reconditioning Sharpening - when the blades have significant edge damage or rust

Regular Sharpening

Regular sharpening - only for blades that have been sharpened before, and show no signs of rust or damage.

You can purchase up to 12 credits, each credit is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Need to pay for something else?

Most other services will be charged based on the work required, and therefore payment links will be sent to your email address for payment.
