Supporting Skating

Rich@TheRink provides the following discounts to our VIP, Regular Customers and Members:

Frequent customers will often benefit from discounts at the checkout. Please note, as the discount is applied automatically from your account's payment link, you will not benefit from this discount if you follow the generic payment link. If you believe you should have been entitled to a discount, please contact us.

• 10% of sharpening for returning customer's skates within 2 months of the last sharpening (NB: the discount may be restricted to a specific pair of skates)

On occasion we may offer special VIP status, with their own discounts, to other customers.

VIP status discounts will not be stacked, but the highest discount possible applied from across all VIP status. For example, if a member of the Ice Arena is also a member of a registered Ice Hockey Club, they will benefit from free skate sharpening (from the Arena Staff status, better than 10% off for club membership), and 10% off skates (available via both Arena Staff and Club VIP status).

Our VIP status members will be the first to benefit from future offers.

• VIP status must be applied for; status and discounts is not given automatically
• Rich@TheRink reserves the right to advertise a club VIP status on this web site, including statistics of how the status has benefited members of the club
• If adding Rich@TheRink to a club web site is required for status, removal of the link from the club web site will result in immediate removal of status; all outstanding unpaid orders will revert to full price.
• We have a limited number of VIP status spaces available - we may deny VIP status if all spaces are taken
• VIP groups, eligability and discounts available may be changed at any time
• VIP discounts cannot be used to purchase items on behalf of, to gift, or sell to any other person
• VIP status to groups and individuals can be withdrawn if they fail to meet the criteria of eligibility or break the terms
• We may remove VIP status from those not making a minimum use of the benefit
• Individuals and groups may be barred from any future VIP status if status is used to benefit a non-VIP individual
• These terms and conditions may be changed at any time
